Media Coverage of the Blue Frog Club: Terms of Engagement

Journalists, press photographers and TV/Radio/Internet channels (”the Media”) are welcome to cover the Blue Frog Club per these terms of engagement:

To cover the Blue Frog Club before evening opening hours, please take prior permission from a Blue Frog PR rep. Contact Tina (tina@bluefrog.co.in) for appointments.

Coverage of the evening’s band during their setup/soundcheck (usually 4-7pm) is dependent on permission from the band itself. Generally interviews are conducted immediately after Soundcheck. For any scheduling, contact the Blue Frog PR rep. If you would like to cover the evening’s band, you need to inform BFPR of this and await permission from the band, communicated to you via Blue Frog.

All Media personnel must be accompanied by a Blue Frog rep for the duration of the shoot.

Media personnel are requested to present valid photo ID to their Blue Frog rep and any Blue Frog staff that may ask to see it.

To cover the Blue Frog Club during public opening hours (7pm-close), you must take prior permission from a Blue Frog PR rep (”Blue Frog”) . Contact Tina (tina@bluefrog.co.in) for appointments.

Subject matter of the coverage must be communicated in advance to Blue Frog so that appropriate permissions (of bands/artists/guests) can be obtained and cleared.

Blue Frog cares about the comfort and privacy of its clientele. The subject matter of media coverage should focus on the music, food & beverage and the space & architecture of the Blue Frog Club.

One-on-one guest interviews/photographs are not permitted without prior permission from both Blue Frog & the guest themselves.

All photo & video shooting during opening hours must be done with available ambient lighting of the Blue Frog Club. No flash photography or other external lighting is permitted.

Photo & video coverage of an artist during live performances is restricted to the first two songs played by the band. After this, no further coverage is permitted.

If the Media wish to stay on at the venue after their allotted coverage time is complete, they are welcome do so by their own choice and on their own account. All recording equipment must be turned off and put away from this point until the end of the evening.

All Media personnel must be accompanied by a Blue Frog rep for the duration of their shoot.

Media personnel are requested to present valid photo ID when asked by any member of the Blue Frog Staff.
