blueFROG’s menu has been created by Executive Chef Mrigank Singh. The style and presentation is Modern European with underlying Asian textures and subtleties that take the palate by surprise and leave you wanting more! While the cuisine remains modern European, hints of flavours range from the south of India to South East Asia.

Many dishes on the new menu have been influenced by the experience Chef Mrigank has had In Kerala, understanding the nuances of the flavours of the South. And for the loyalists of the old menu, we have retained some of the more popular signature dishes much loved by you Friends of the Frog!

Also look out for some new additions that Chef Mrigank will be conjuring up after his recent trips to Singapore and Shanghai where he worked with and shadowed some of the most eminent chefs in Asia.

The blueFROG bar boasts a wide range of premium wines, champagnes, single malts, and spirits. F&B Manager Mayank Bhatt has crafted signature cocktails and martinis to get you into a very blueFROG state of mind!

Our beverage selection offers up one of the widest assortment of vodkas and single malts for the most discerning of palates to choose from! And of course your classic cocktails are also all available, some with a twist, like the very popular Wasabi Bloody Mary!

If you want to wet your whistle post work, or just get a head start on your night, there’s always One on the Frog!

Buy one and you get one on the Frog between 6.30pm and 9pm! (Tue - Sat)

Sunday Brunch for the parents...

Sunday Brunch for the whole family Stretching languidly over 5 hours, the brunch is nothing short of decadent. With over 50 dishes to choose from you would need many Sundays to sample everything on offer.

The salad buffet leaves you spoilt for choice with an array of cold meat platters, exotic cheeses, pastas and seafood salads.

The breakfast selection is equally mind-boggling, with eggs to order, pancakes, waffles and French toast in many fruity options.

The grill selection includes delectable lamb, beef, chicken, fish and prawns prepared with marinades and accompaniments that change every week.

There is a wide spread of deserts that include delicacies like tiramisu in a waffle cone, crème brulee a la Blue Frog and mousses, to mention just a few.

The open bar includes a whole range of cocktails, champagne cocktails, martinis and fruit juices.

The Sunday brunch at blueFROG is the only brunch in town with live music and dancing. It is the perfect place to spend time with your loved ones, with a variety of board games like Monopoly, Scrabble and Jenga.

Kids can be kept busy at miniFROG with stimulating new activities every week while the adults indulge in more grown up pursuits at the blueFROG brunch!

Whether it is learning eco-friendly arts and craft techniques or playing at pirates, fairies and other magical creatures, miniFROG is an engaging, entertaining and creative way for kids to spend a Sunday in the company of other kids.

miniFROG runs from noon-3:30pm and is a part of the Blue Frog Sunday Brunch.
